Relief from the heat

Today was a beautiful day. I was so hot I asked Damon to open the window a little bit. Unfortunately, he didn’t think it was that warm. I guess I have to figure if I’m warm, it doesn’t really mean others are warm too. So, I resorted to lots of ice water, and a sweet, cool treat.
It is supposed to snow Monday evening (if I actually believe the forecasters, which I don’t), so I guess I should be happy to feel some warmth now, while my little space heater is gestating. A few more weeks, and I won’t be so warm.

ooooh…. I wish I had known about these when I had my tonsils taken out last month! Raspberry is my favorite flavor too. Thanks for sharing

those frozen lemonades used to be a treat for us when we would go to ballgames. Then I discovered them in our freezer section at the grocery, which opened up our world to a whole new level of “treat.” Damon enjoys them the most, but they have been great for me. No fat!
