By the time my family came home yesterday, the time had actually inched to my birthday. Fuller didn’t know it though so he was excited that my birthday would be the next day.
Having a birthday on Sunday and no real plans is pretty much like any other Sunday, except today I demanded requested we have a lunch where I didn’t prepare. After my carefully crafted poll yesterday, we decided on the Red Robin restaurant. It was yummy and Damon was very impressed. Fuller was all over the free balloon he got at the end of our trip. I recommend it as a family place to go, especially if you like burgers.
As for actual celebration of me and my special day, it was pretty low key. Damon is fulfilling my request to make me a R-strap, so he ordered a few supplies and I hope to have it soon. And I picked up a Sara Lee pumpkin cheesecake so I didn’t have to make my own birthday cake. Fuller enjoyed it and I know I’ll enjoy it for breakfast tomorrow.
Not the most life-changing birthday, but hey, I had a special day and I am officially one year older. Maybe next year I’ll finally have a party.
