And, just so we can both feel good about being on the same page?bumps on the face ARE pregnancy related. Stupid hormones do that. I get face bumps on a regular basis, and it stinks! But, what is a pregnant girl to do?

My favorite book on infertility and Chinese Medicine is Dr. Randine Lewis’ the Infertility Cure. I read it and then went to one of her retreats in Asheville North Carolina and it was life changing experience to say the least. It was such a nice change of pace from my Western doctor experiences and I am feeling more imbalanced than I’ve been in years. I just finished reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility and found it fascinating, too, because it was just a basic explanation of the way women’s bodies work–whether you’re trying to get pregnant or avoid it. I’m glad you found a book that’s a new take on things.

Dr. Dao and I are so gratified by your response to our book. And as I look at my two children eating their breakfast over there, I can tell you that Chinese Medicine truly works. @Gracie, that is one of the cool things about the book because it isn’t just about acupuncture, but the entire journey of fertility when you know you have problems. The herbs are just as important as acupuncture and nutrition. It really was helpful to think about.
