I absolutely love the hydration packs for outdoor sports... I haven't been so hot on the water bottles except for lugging one around and refilling it instead of buying water off the shelf. Also, look at the numbers on the bottom of your plastics. If it has a 7, it might have BPA in it. I would also check out <a href="http://zrecs.blogspot.com/" rel="nofollow">Z Recommends</a> for information about BPA free companies. While Z Recommends focuses on children/ baby products, it does have great information that can translate for us grown-ups. @Laurie On my CamelBak bottle it is printed “BPA free” on the bottom edge.
