This self portrait was shot at the Creative Discovery Musuem where Fuller and I got to spend some quality time playing together. I took the picture using an xshot I ordered before my Florida trip but didn’t arrive until after I left. It is a great arm extender that lets me take in more of the scenery around me. One problem is it doesn’t seem to like the weight of my Canon S3. It was a bit tricky to maneuver.
As we start to get back into a routine here, I am trying to get back into my blogging routine, starting with my Self Portrait Sunday. If you have a self portrait to share (please, share!), post it on your blog and leave a comment on DigiCass!

@Jennifer- I’m glad to hear that. Drew had a quikpod and I tried that out and it seemed to handle my camera better. Also, I don’t think the quikpod was as long as the xshot, so it was easier? If I had more $$ I would buy a quikpod to compare.
That museum looks like so much fun! Please be sure to join us next week at Musings.

My camera is much lighter than yours, and I still find I have some difficulty holding the xshot still enough to get a picture.
