Best Shot Monday: Sew pretty
I took many pictures during my morning of helping with the Jospeh’s Coat project. I think this is my favorite one because of the old singer sewing machine. And no, those aren’t my hands.
While it was a really cool project, what I really enjoyed was hanging out with the women, crafting, and watching the kids enjoy each other. It made for a really fun morning on a very busy day.
Best Shot Monday is hosted by darling Tracey, of Mother May I. If you want to play along, post your best shot on Monday (hence the name) and leave a comment on Tracey’s blog.

I have a machine similar to that. I love collecting old sewing machines. There is a website where you can look up the value on them by using the serial number from the machine. I don’t think I could ever sell mine but it is fun to look up.

@ Karen- I think the older machines are sweet too. And I was impressed this one still worked!

Thanks Tracey! I agree. Sewing pictures are always fun to take. And when I get to look at them, I am drawn to so many things. Color, texture, and history.
