Freezer meal prep

Last night I talked with my about the freezer meals store that I go to once a month. There is one near here I was trying to talk her into visiting.
Damon and I have talked about actually opening one of those franchises in this area, if something were to happen that required us to move down here. It isn’t exactly a work at home opportunity, but it would be serving a great purpose here at the lake.
Since the nearest grocery store is 30 minutes away, I know folks around the lake have to really plan to make sure they have their cupboards filled. And if we could fill that need by helping them keep their freezers stocked with complete meals, then I would be really happy.
I am really taken with the idea of the freezer meal prep places, and I hope others catch the craze as well.
