Weightloss Wednesday: Keep moving, just keep moving

Well, there it is… 2.5 pounds lost. So, the scale number keep getting smaller, I am happy with that!
With my migraine set back over the weekend, I was sure I didn’t lose much. But I didn’t expect it to be that much. I have to attribute it to my walking everyday. Since tracking my food I am seeing what I thought I had already figured out- I really don’t over eat that much, I just need to keep moving to help with the loss.
Which leads me to this… I am so freaking sore. You would think I would be getting used to the walking by now, but I went last night and by the time I got home, I felt like I could barely move. I guess I could blame it on the heat and humidity, but I know part of it is that I am just really overweight!

For walking/jogging make sure you have proper footware, that might help with some of the soreness. Some of it is just because your body’s not use to the activity, it should decrease with continued exercise! (If it doesn’t then talk with a pro
