Weightloss Wednesdays: up one, oops!

I need to get a little bit of a grip. I have been really touchy lately, moving toward my post ovulation funk that lasts anywhere from two days to two weeks.
I took a scale picture today, but I haven’t the energy to find the cord I need to hook up the camera. I gained a pound this week, even though I was more active everyday. We have been so busy with life that I rarely have time to sit down. I am hoping that next week, when we are on vacation I can do some focused hiking or swimming to maybe knock off these pounds.
Other stuff, not just the weight, is getting me down too. People all around me are losing babies or getting pregnant. If you were to peek into the archives of my first blog, you would see lots of angst about the journey it too get pregnant with Fuller. And now, it looks like we are riding that rollercoaster again. There are some new twists and turns to this ride, and none of them are very fun.
Back when I was in counseling my therapist suggested that I start taking fish oil and something else, plus doing pilates for breathing and exercise. I think that might be another goal. Lets see if I can dust off that Pilates for Weightloss DVD.

I have had a tough week too. The important thing is not to let it spiral downwards. Its not the end of the world.
